Vic Fedeli, the Tory MPP for Nipissing, says the Wynne Liberals have created a tough situation for the OPP. At issue are the Liberals shutting down the government committee trying to get to the bottom of the gas plant scandal. He says earlier the OPP named two people key in their investigation and they were to testify next at the committee. But he says that won’t happen now since the Liberals shutdown the probe and have made it harder for the OPP to identify the wrongdoers. One of those set to testify is the person authorities believe wiped government computers clean. Fedeli says the other person was the woman who gave the man access to the computers.
