This year’s Smile Cookie campaign was astounding according to Tim Hortons franchisee Denis Lefebvre, breaking all previous records.
His three franchises raised funds for local charities.
Espanola and McKerrow raised $15,936 for the Espanola Helping Hand Food Bank while the Blind River outlet raised $8,612 for the North Shore Health Network.
Nancy Wyman, the owner of the Elliot Lake outlet says they also had a great week raising a total of $5,086, which will go to the Elliot Lake Lions Club to assist them with their charity work.
