A man texting and driving in Sudbury has been nailed with a $490 ticket. The driver of a transport truck saw the texting driver from his high vantage point and called police. The driver told police where he was, what he saw as well as the particulars of the vehicle. Armed with a lot of information, police had no problem finding the texting driver. As well as the ticket, the driver faces a penalty of three demerit points.
