Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli is actively considering the P-C leadership. Fedeli hasn’t fully decided yet, but he’s been travelling the province discussing his ideas with Conservatives and non-Conservatives. And the former North Bay mayor is getting a good response. He says he’s getting calls and e-mails from people encouraging him to seek the leadership. Fedeli readily admits that Christine Elliott, who is running for the top Tory job, is the frontrunner. But Fedeli has been developing ideas on where he believes the Tories should head and he wants the public to hear them. He adds he’ll let his ideas do the talking for him. The Tories will have a leadership vote sometime next year to replace former leader Tim Hudak.
