An Espanola woman is hosting a unique dinner to raise money for Cuba.
Jenn Bousquet, who has gone to Cuba on a yearly trip to assist 18 churches and missions, is once again come up with a unique idea to raise money for the cause.
She is hosting a dinner featuring an all Cuban menu she will be cooking herself – she is a chef – at Northern Life Church (on the Queensway Avenue) October 23rd with doors opening at six pm, dinner at 6:30 pm.
Bousquet adds tickets are $35 each and available by contacting her on Facebook.
The fundraiser is the kick off for her yearly campaign to assist the churches and the people of Cuba.
The menu includes pulled pork, chicken, rice, black beans, yuca, which is like a potato, friend plantains, Cuban salad and dessert.
