A woman on a pedal boat has died after being hit by a ski boat early Monday evening. It happened on Bartlett Lake in the Parry Sound region. OPP say the operator of the ski boat brought the victim to shore where she was transported to hospital but died on the way. Police believe a second person was on the pedal boat and that person is still missing. An underwater search began Tuesday for that second person. No names have been released.
