A little more than 1,000 people took in Elliot Lake’s Art on the Trail event. Organizers say artists at the four sites sold some of their pieces and some even had record sales. The venues also got positive feedback from visitors. The public got to vote on a People’s Choice Award for Best Display and the winners are Joanie and Jim Lindamood for their painted bird carvings.
