Joint franchise venture upgrades completed – time to snack out at Timmy’s and Wendy’s

Two franchises that share common space have reopened their doors following a complete overhaul from top to bottom.

Tim’s franchise owner, Al Martin, says Wendy’s and Tim Horton’s have shared space at the intersection of Highway 6 and 17 over the last couple of decades.

He says the plans were drawn up earlier in the year and the businesses shut down for most of the fall while the renovations were completed.

Martin adds there is now more space, especially to accommodate the lineups to put in orders and comfortable seating.

With the reopening this week, there are some 65 people employed between the two franchises.
