Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School selling sunflower seeds for Ukraine

An Elliot Lake school is selling sunflower seeds with the proceeds going to Ukraine. Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School Vice-Principal Nadia Zanatta says the packets are $10 each and must be ordered by this Thursday’s deadline.

She says this Lenten Almsgiving project is a special one with a great response and once all the orders are in will send the funds to the Canadian Ukrainian Foundation.

The link to order online is also provided in the attachment. The order deadline is this Thursday at 11:59 p.m. with forms available at the school office and can be paid in cash or cheque.
