If you are looking for something new to do this winter, join in two hours of fun playing the largest growing sport in North America, pickle ball.
Dianne Hollinger of Elliot Lake says the game is a cross between tennis and ping pong, is played on a court smaller than a tennis court, has a slightly lower net, and uses a Whiffle ball which is a plastic ball with holes in it.
She says a 20-week season is being set up at the Collins Hall and the first class takes place November 17th.
