East Algoma OPP is investigating an ATV fatality.
OPP Constable Bev Gauthier says officers and paramedics were called to a collision of an ATV on Carpenter Lake Road about 48 kilometres north of the Town of Bruce Mines.
She says the investigation revealed that an ATV was northbound on the road and crashed in a tree on Sunday.
Gauthier says the driver 71-year-old Allan MacDonald of Sault Ste Marie was pronounced dead at the scene.
She adds the investigation is continuing.
