Up Here is an independent urban art and emerging music festival which will be held this weekend in Greater Sudbury.
Part of the festival features huge murals in public spaces and this year one such rendition will pay homage to the late Alex Trebek of Jeopardy fame.
Montreal-based muralist Kevin Ledo collaborated with both the festival and the Rainbow District School Boar to have a giant mural of the Sudbury born and raised television star on the wall of Sudbury Secondary School.
The site was deliberately chosen as Trebek now faces the city’s library to acknowledge his role in educational endeavours.
Ledo will put the finishing touches on the mural today as the city gets set to host the festival.
