No charges are expected in a case where a pick-up truck jumped the curb and hit the Tim Hortons in Espanola. The truck hit the side of the building and the impact broke a large window and caused structural damage to a wall. The driver told police he was pulling into Tims to buy a coffee but his truck wouldn’t stop when he applied the brakes. The driver was a 57-year-old man from Webbwood.
