A Little Current restaurant manager, Cody Crawford, has his face featured on thousands of soda bottles acknowledging unsung heroes of the pandemic.
Cody’s wife Taylor says she entered him in the contest by the American-based Jones Soda Company, which was looking for eight people from across Canada and the United States for their Green Apple flavour.
She says they were surprised and pleased to have him chosen, more so acknowledging his role in representing the restaurant industry, which has provided pickup and delivery to customers throughout the pandemic.
Cody is featured on some 50,000 Green Apple flavour bottles, which are now available to the public.
