Ontario is reporting 1,418 new COVID-19 cases.
Sixty-seven percent of Friday’s cases in the hotspots around the GTHA.
There are 1,415 more resolved cases in Ontario and nearly 48,200 tests were completed over the last day.
Another eight people have died from the virus bringing the provincial death toll to 3,451.
