Recording student’s reflections of COVID-19 and the changes it has made to their world is the focus of a unique project with the French Catholic school board, the Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvelon.
Board communications director Paul de la Riva says students realize the virus has changed the way of life on the whole planet.
De la Riva says to address their questions and to understand how what is happening today becomes history; two teachers have come up with a unique project, a time capsule of journals.
He says the collection will one day enable students to gain a better grasp of history in 2020 when the coronavirus travelled from country to country and its impact on everyone this year.
