Elliot Lake council has given its approval to a land sale for a new RONA store. The land sale was approved at a special council meeting last Thursday. Councillors met to take final steps for the construction of a new 15,000 square foot store being built now on Highway 108 in Elliot Lake. It will be three times the size of the existing store on Timber Road. The store opening is planned for late summer 2020.
