Police have made an arrest in relation to an armed robbery that took place at a cigarette store on Mississauga First Nation in early February.
At the time, The Moose reported police were looking for a man who had robbed a cigarette store in Mississauga First Nation at gunpoint.
East Algoma OPP say a man entered the store on Saturday, February 9th and ordered the two women to turn over the cash, some $2,000, and demanded the patron’s cell phone before fleeing in an unknown vehicle.
The 35-year-old man from Mississauga First Nation has been charged with two counts of robbery using a firearm, disguise with intent and unauthorized possession of a restricted firearm.
