NAAAM RALLY “The Wellness of One is the Wellness of All”

The Wellness of One is the Wellness of All is the theme for an all-day rally being held to mark National Aboriginal Addications Awareness Month

Robert Porter says Sagamok-Anishnawbek First Nation will be hosting the gathering featuring speakers, booths this coming Saturday, November 3rd from 10:00am to 8:00pm.

He adds it will open with a pipe ceremony at the new community hall, then at 1:00pm, registration and activities will begin at the Multi-Educational Centre.

The day will be capped off with a community feast and a band from Moose Factory to lighten the day’s serious edge.

Anyone needing healing or supports is invited to attend.
