Espanola is getting money to help teenage girls who are 16 to 19 train in a comfortable and non-intimidating environment. The town’s Leisure Services department secured the money through the Participaction Teen Challenge program. The fitness program is limited to eight people and a personal trainer will provide guidance and motivation. Classes only take place in January and teens who commit to the program will get a one month free membership to continue after that time.
