Around 80 people were in attendance for a Meet the Candidates Night in Espanola.
The audience provided the questions and each candidate was given the opportunity to present their platform at the event, held last night at the Espanola Royal Canadian Legion Branch #39.
The issues ranged from natural resources to health, seniors affordable housing to health care, hydro and the provincial debt.
Candidates included Liberal Charles Fox, Northern Ontario Party Tommy Lee, Green Party Justin Tilson and incumbent New Democrat, Mike Mantha.
Libertarian Party’s Kalena Mallon-Ferguson and Progressive Conservative, Jib Turner did not attend.
The Moose 99.3FM CJJM hosted the evening and will have live coverage on election night, June 7th, starting at 9:00pm when the polls close.
