A 44-year-old man from Elliot Lake is facing charges of public intoxication.
On July 1st, the OPP received multiple calls of an intoxicated man acting in an aggressive manner. Police say the first call came from a local establishment on Hillside Drive where he was denied entrance and the second was from a home on Mississauga Avenue where he was bothering the homeowner.
The man is facing a charge of being intoxicated in a public place. He was released in the morning when he sobered up.
