You are being invited to sit on a new Patient and Family Advisory Committee with the North East Local Health Integration Network.
The North East LHIN is looking to work with about 10 to 15 people from all across the northeastern region to make decisions that will improve healthcare in the area. The committee will meet in person four times a year.
