Espanola Lions Annual Food Bank Drive

May 3 @ 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Lions and Food Bank volunteers will be stationed at Tanner’s, FreshCo and Giant Tiger. They will hand out a list of current food bank needs so customers can shop for the food bank while they do their family shopping. All food items, cash and gift certificates are greatly appreciated and much needed.

Dare 2 Dream Alpaca Farm is inviting the public to the farm at 210 Jacklin Road, Mckerrow on the weekend of May 4th and 5th. Our shearing team will be busy harvesting the alpaca fibre and preparing it for mill processing. This is a wonderful "educational " opportunity for everyone to come witness first hand how this process is done. Anyone attending should remember that this activity will take place in the barn. Novelist to discuss writing historical fiction in Gore Bay
