One of summer’s pass times is here and that’s boating. And with that in mind police agencies are recommending that everyone in a pleasure craft wear a lifejacket. To encourage the practice, Sudbury police are giving young people on a boat a T-shirt saying “I was caught wearing my life jacket”.
