There’s been a fatal plane crash near Parry Sound. It happened around 7:30 pm Tuesday. 9-1-1 learned of the crash thanks to a driver on Highway 400 who saw a plane go down. That person was able to tell investigators the approximate location of the downed plane. The two people on board died and the Transport Canada Safety Board is investigating the incident. Investigators have not released the name of the victims.
