A new site plan has been approved by Espanola council for two new row housing buildings.
Excel Contracting Solutions Incorporated of Espanola submitted the application for the two buildings, which will provide ten housing units in the Arthur Court area with construction to begin this summer.
Town clerk Joseph Burke informed council there had to be some clarification on drainage and the setback of the units.
The site plan agreement also includes water and sewer, snow removal and garbage collection sites and street lighting.
With the approval construction is expected to get underway soon.
This is not social housing nor rent geared to income housing, it is a private project.
