Easter was a bit brighter at the long-term care facility in Blind River, thanks to some generous students.
Late last week, students at École secondaire catholique Jeunesse-Nord in Blind River united their efforts to produce special Easter gifts for Golden Birches Terrace residents, which were delivered last Thursday.
Over the years, students and staff have maintained a close relationship with residents of Blind River’s nursing home and long-term care centre.
Through this intergenerational project, students share special gifts at various times of the year including this Easter.
