École secondaire catholique Jeunesse-Nord in Blind River is helping out Grade 8 students at École Saint-Joseph through the Learning Strategies for High School Success course.
Board communications director, Paul de la Riva, says the course provides the students with an opportunity to find out about the high school; where the classrooms are, what courses they have to take and the activities they can be involved in.
He adds the course is now underway and is offered in the evening until May.
De la Riva adds parents are encouraged to contact either school for more information.
