Three people are dead and a fourth in hospital following a collision involving two vehicles.
Espanola OPP Constable Marie Ford says yesterday afternoon, OPP, emergency medical and fire services responded to a motor vehicle collision involving two vehicles on Highway 17 about 10 kilometers west of Nairn Centre.
Three people are dead and a fourth person was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Highway 17 closed shortly before 2:00 pm and re-opened shortly after 9:00 pm.
