Police say a Sudbury man is dead following a single commercial motor vehicle accident on Highway 69 Friday evening.
The vehicle hit a rock cut and caught on fire near Flicker Road, on Highway 69 in The Archipelago Township.
The driver, 31-year-old Johnathon Collins of Sudbury was pronounced dead at the scene.
Highway 69 has been completely closed while police investigated the scene.
