Elliot Lake OPP have located a missing 15-year-old girl.
OPP Constable Phil Young says they were called on January 11th about a missing 15 year old girl in Elliot Lake.
They received information that the girl was at a residence on Central Avenue with a 21-year-old man.
While attempting to apprehend her, the man became belligerent and was arrested.
Afterwards, the girl disclosed she was sexually assaulted.
The 21-year-old has been charged with sexual assault of an underage person, sexual interference, resisting arrest and obstructing an officer.
He is to appear in Elliot Lake court on March 5th.
