A former Liberal candidate in Northern Ontario has been charged with sexual assault and criminal harassment. Thirty-five year old Sebastien Goyer of Noelville ran for the Liberals in the Timiskaming-Cochrane riding. After being charged he quit as French River’s chief administrative officer.
