For the love of science

Grade 3 to 8 students at École Georges Vanier in Elliot Lake took part in several workshops organized and animated by Science North.
Media advisor, Brigitte Morin, says the workshops, held last week, covered a variety of topics such as light and colours, the interplay of physical forces and the analysis of water.
She adds the workshops were possible due to new technology allowing students to learn in accordance with the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, STEM approach.
