Police have charged a Huntsville man for failing to stop at the scene of an accident after he hit a flag man at a highway construction site. The hit took place on Highway 141 near Parry Sound. The flagman wasn’t seriously hurt and both he and the driver got into a verbal argument before the driver took off. OPP tracked him down and arrested him in Huntsville.
