McDonald’s employees now able to earn college credits in Ontario

McDonald’s employees are now able to earn a year’s worth of college credits if they take specific training courses. The partnership between the company and 24 colleges in Ontario was announced last week. Among the schools signed up for the deal is Cambrian College, which has a campus in Espanola.

The credits will count towards a business diploma, potentially saving students up to $4,500. This program is new for Ontario, but a similar one is already offered in British Columbia.
