Ontario investing $541M into northern highways

The province of Ontario is making it easier and safer for residents travelling Northwest by repairing and expanding the highway network. The province is investing $541-million in highway infrastructure across Northern Ontario.

The Ministry of Northern Development says this is the largest investment in public infrastructure in the history of the province which works out to be about $160-billion over 12 years. This will support 110,000 jobs every year across the province.
