A North Bay man has been charged in the motorcycle deaths of two people earlier this month on Highway 17. The 59-year old is charged with careless driving of a motor vehicle. The collision occurred in Markstay-Warren when a car crossed the centre line and first hit an approaching SUV and then the motorbike head-on. The crash killed the motorbike driver and his passenger. The collision took place on June 7th.
