Six of the top ten worst roads in Ontario are in the north

Of CAA’s worst roads in Ontario, six were in the north with four of those in the Northeast. CAA lets residents of the province vote on the worst roads every year, with last year’s number one worst road being Algonquin Boulevard in Timmins.

This year Algonquin East and West and Riverside Drive from Timmins made the list. Lorne Street in Sudbury was also voted one of the province’s worst roads.

CAA says the list shows specifically that greater attention needs to be paid to roads in smaller municipalities.
