East Algoma OPP in Elliot Lake are sending a big thank you to an observant neighbour. Last Friday afternoon a neighbor happened to see a break and enter in progress and called police right away. Police responded quickly and caught a 40-year-old man going through a house. They’ve charged him with several offenses including break and enter to commit an indictable offense.
