Tory MPP’s calling for the resignation of Liberal MPP David Orazietti

The MPP for Sault Ste. Marie is taking exception to claims he’s appointed residents of his riding to several boards. David Orazietti, who is also the minister for consumer services, says he’s done no such thing.

Two Tory MPP’s, Steve Clark and Jim McDonell, site a government document naming Sault residents to various boards. The Tories want the ethics commissioner to look into their claim and add Orazietti should step down as minister. But, Orazietti says the Tories are looking at a document that has errors in it and is stressing he’s not made any appointments.
