KWG says federal budget isn’t all bad for the Ring of Fire

One of the mining companies at the Ring of Fire is disputing recent complaints from politicians. There has been a lot of criticism over the federal budget, and how it doesn’t specifically mention the chromite project. However, KWG says the Trudeau Liberals are putting money into several areas that are going to help the Ring of Fire down the road.

That includes things like labs at Natural Resources Canada working with mining companies to develop green technology for mining developments. KWG says there is also money for meaningful consultations with the First Nation communities that will be affected by the project.
