The Elliot Lake and North Shore Challenge Drag Races starts July 18th in Elliot Lake. This is the 15th year for the event and racing continues into Sunday. Additional features include the NAPA Nostalgia Nitro Funny Car, the Classic Car Show and the World’s Wildest Locomotives. There’s also the giant Bouncy Land for kids. All the racing is at the Elliot Lake airport and tickets can be bought at the Welcome Centre in Elliot Lake or Bruno’s in Blind River.
