East Algoma OPP have security tips for homeowners after a theft took place in Elliot Lake. Police say someone stole a 9.9 horsepower outboard motor that was attached to the boat and in the homeowner’s yard. The motor is a Johnson 1979 model. The advice from police is don’t leave property overnight in your yard if you can lock it away in a shed or garage.
