The Blind River Midget Thunder won’t advance any further in the playoffs in the Nickel District League. The Thunder faced a must-win situation against Copper Cliff last night but lost to the Redmen and the series, six points to two. With the win, the Redmen are now the Jim Connors Division “A” league champs.
