Massey might get a Junior “A“ hockey team. Randy Russon, who writes for the Hockey News North, says the Greater Metro Junior Hockey League might add the town to its roster next season. Right now the league is made up of 31 teams and two of the clubs are in Sturgeon Falls and Parry Sound. And don`t rule out Massey joining the NOJHL which wants to add another four teams to its 12-team league over the next two years. The Massey Arena recently underwent a facelift which includes replacing 205 old seats and increasing seating capacity a bit.
