Highway 6, about 20 minutes south of Espanola was closed yesterday afternoon following a fatal collision.
The OPP says at about 1:30 p.m., officers and paramedics responded to a three-vehicle crash involving two passenger vehicles and a motorcycle.
Police say one driver has been pronounced dead, and a second driver was transported to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Highway 6 between Fox Lake and Lang Lake roads was closed for nearly six hours and there was no detour available.
The investigation continues.
