Annual Espanola Lobsterfest to assist search and rescue

One of Espanola’s most popular event, is set to go.
Espanola Lobsterfest is happening on Saturday, May 24th at the Espanola Curling Club from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Tickets are available now and they are expected to go fast with the event being a sell-out every year since its inception in 2014.
The event was founded by David Gallant, the former high school coach of Canadian athlete, Caroline Ehrhardt, to assist her with expenses for her track and field competitions.
Since then, the annual event has also assisted others including a liver recipient, Boogie Mountain, the Espanola Hospital Foundation Therapeutic Garden and others.
This year, the funds will go towards supporting North Shore Search and Rescue.
