Union Gas is partnering with the Espanola Fire department to ensure residents have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The initiative is called Project Zero with the goal of cutting residential fires and CO-related deaths to zero. To get the detectors in people’s homes, Moose FM in Espanola and the Espanola firefighters are beginning an on-air promotion beginning this week. Up for grabs is a Project Zero prize pack and you’ll need to call 869-6999 when prompted.
