An Espanola man is looking at a $155 fine for smoking in a car while he was driving with two young children. A bystander saw the man, got the license number of the vehicle and called town police. Police tracked down the driver and gave him a ticket for breaking the Smoke-Free Ontario Act. Under the Act, adults can’t smoke in a vehicle if they’re with someone who is under 16.
